In a separate collaboration announced last week, Continental and Renault Group demonstrated a research prototype based on a modified EcoContact 7 compound with <a href=\"https:\/\/reifenlab.eu\/mag\/continental-ecocontact-7-adapted-for-renault-evs-rolling-resistance-35-lower-than-eu-labels-a-rating-30-km-extra-range\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rolling resistance 35% lower than the EU label\u2019s A rating<\/a>, translating to around 30 extra kilometres on a 500 km battery. Continental has not published an RRP for this size, but it is widely available through independent tyre retailers.
